Davide Maci brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality world to Villa Làrio, a luxury property in Pognana Lario, where he serves as Executive Chef. Throughout his career, he has worked in some of the best restaurants and hotels across Europe. He has collaborated with chefs Bernard Fournier and Enrico Derflingher at the Hotel Eden in Rome and the Palace Hotel in St. Moritz, followed by positions at Sketch Restaurant with Pierre Gagnaire in London and the Trianon Palace in Versailles with Gordon Ramsay.
